What can I do to boost my appraisal so that I can use more equity to acquire more properties?

I've decided to invest my time and energy to the wonderful world of Wholesaling.

I guess I need to spend more time and energy networking on the commercial side! 

Honestly, my time is not worth the energy and time is also money/..

Thanks to the 110 high-energy people who attended our January meeting! 

I would love to do flipping and cash flow however do to the income constraints I've been focusing my attention and energy on wholesaling 

Perhaps a visit to the REIA groups to see what others are doing might give you a boost.
