They take care of all repairs except the infrastructure on your land, and hopefully individually metered for direct billing.

We each "own" our properties individually.

For instance, in Texas we have the Texas Education Agency and you get can get all sorts of school accountability and performance ratings for all sorts of school districts and individual schools through out the state.

5) when looking for a mortgage is it best to go through a mortgage broker or individually through credit unions and other lenders?

There were individuals asking for the 1BD for $1600 a month as well; however it was denied due to the seller wanting to sell.
