Where's the problem.The problem is that 46% of US citizens don't have a passport .... which makes that policy indirectly discriminatory .... go ask an attorney next time.When an applicant refuses to produce SSN to help me evaluate their creditworthiness I make an immediate demand for evidence of their ability to travel internationally.If I wanted to discriminate against US citizens that is exactly what I would do and I would justify with  the same arguments that people use to justify discriminating against Blacks, Latino's, immigrants and anybody else that they don't rent to.

For example, you buy the place and the tenant could claim the Seller allowed them to paint the walls black or that their security deposit was twice what the Seller claimed.

Be responsible, and vet who you hire.3) To be specific- check their license, insurance, workers comp if required in your state (or at least make sure their subs have their own liability insurance if they use subs), and also online reviews and references. 4) DO NOT file a BBB claim on this guy unless it is 100% accurate- the one black girl on here gave bad advice by saying to complain to the BBB (I forget her name sorry lol)- IF YOU COMPLAIN TO THE BBB, IT CAN NEVER BE UNDONE.

I provide window covers for all windows in my rentals, but it's either the $5 mini blinds or cheap black out curtains for larger windows, but I don't think it is am absolute necessity, especially in a room that isn't a bathroom or bedroom.
