What amenities have you found to provide the most value to your MTR property? Here in Arizona, a private pool draws a majority of MTR tenant interest, but curious if there are different amenities that you have found valuable in attracting quality tenants?

I guess it depends on your target guest. In Pittsburgh I have plenty of students and traveling medical pros. The students want desks, and the medical professionals have smart TVs and blackout curtains for when they are not working.
