Does a person renting vacation rentals as a property manager in florida required to have a license?  Are they responsible for paying the taxes for the short term rentals.  What if this person is advertising a business...

I don't have the $ on hand , to pay for the repairs/renovation on it a HML seems like my best and likely only Bet  ?

Now that is a bet on appreciation, and also a bet that the market will not crash soon.

Just FYI, the funding fee varies with where you earned your entitlement (reserve/NG, vs active) and if you have any VA disability (10% and there is no funding fee).

Michael Davis-Your best bet for rental arbitrage is stand alone units- as in full apartments, house, condo.

Your best bet would be to sell it to the park owner as it might cost you more to move the home then it is actually worth. 

I've never met an actual active wholesaler here in LA, and would love to hear your experience.
