Not having a credit score is better than having a bad credit.

@Jonathan Woodruff speaking only for myself, one thing that drives me nuts is people who are typically drawn to the charm and unique qualities of an old home, and then whine about its lack of modernity--- modernity which, by the way, will likely fall out of favor again in a decade or less.

The lower quality communities will often/usually allow renters as they have very low standards.

Unless a tenant is bad it's much better for the owner to renew and the owner is who I owe my fiduciary.

@Anna BuffkinYeah briargate had put a real bad taste in my mouth for condos but I am glad to hear that not all are that expensive.

But, we didn't want to move, and it couldn't get that bad, right?

Patrick, try not to rush yourself into a bad deal.

That's how expensive a bad marriage or the single life  really is.So I think it would be wise to start the process of finding the right spouse to build your future with.

Higher quality/higher income earning tenants are a riskier investment market.
