Since I'm not signing any contracts and not literally being involved with the transaction, how will I keep track of the leads that I provide?

Money is required to do the marketing that will generate the leads.

You can work with agents or investors locating distressed properties, motivated sellers, and any other range of creative ways to get leads. 

I'd like to get some leads on places to find cabinets countertops, and bathroom fixtures.We do have the big box stores, but I'm looking for other places to price compare.We are in the Modesto Merced area. 

What research have you done to lead you to multi family?

In 1950s, nobody knew lead could lead to birth defects.

@Brit Foshee Perhaps next time you should lead with the fact that we've known each other for years?

At the same time these amazing officers and sergeants that can lead a group succesfull into battle are the ones that let people move into houses without giving security deposits etc.

I was lead here by other real estate investors and mentors.

Those that don't fit my buying criteria will be leads for the realtor or agent.If you are out there please help me.Thanks,Bertha
