Hello Indy BP community,I plan to visit Indianapolis next week (3/21~3/23) to view potential investment properties and to get a feel for the city.  

The responsibility to provide affordable housing is not the responsibility of a single group.In my view, there are conditions in the Portland real estate market that are beyond the control of most landlords.

He was very interested and wanted to come back for a second viewing.

@Andrew Johnson thats a great point when looking at the vacation rentals in the longterm view.

That means that the IRS views you as the true tax payer for that property.  

Should I wait after the viewing?

I am only playing devil's advocate here, I agree everyone can make money anywhere, I am just looking at a generalized view of the market here versus a broad snapshot of another market and how much more can this market grow before any type of adjustments.
