The challenge for investors with this approach is that they/we, as individual investors, have no control over the market.

Consult a Landlord/Tenant attorney for the specifics about the process and approach you should take.

They approached me & as they were both RE agents (30+ years) they decided to teach me REI.

Rents in Oregon were incredibly stable from when I first came here to work in 92 until about 2012..
