That is where we make most of our money.  

I was more than happy to walk away from my $2500 earnest money instead of buying such a rat trap.

Tomorrow is my last day before I lose my earnest money and the owners haven’t provided proof of month to month leases.

The service has been excellent and I just had two items fixed that saved me a lot of money, one with a septic tank being clogged and some mold issues in a crawl space, saved a lot of money compared to other companies as well. 

Just my opinion but one residential property per LLC is an overkill in my mind and just ends up costing a lot more money down the road in administrative / accounting fees.
