Hans Restuccia: For a while I used a version that had a "(Fill in by hand)" portion but borrowers rarely filled it in and I had to hold up closing to go back and have them do it, what a pain!

Good day, not sure about CA, in NJ the back of every permit clearly states Do Not Make Final Payment Until After Final Inspections Take Place, or some paraphrased version of that.
