You can seek out a Realtor that is experienced in foreclosures if you already have a specific property in mind as you’ll likely need to move on it quickly if it’s already listed.I would advice to find someone local to help guide you.

The work on my end is simply learning and remembering his advice.  

I really likes his personal approach and he was available via email and phone to answer questions and give some advice...So .. 

I search VRBO and AirBNB to see where we show up in the search and what the competition is offering.You offered good advice
