You see the thing is I'm 21 years old so I haven't really considered anywhere besides the U.S since that's where I've been traveling to and from.

I  currently travel a lot with my job every 4 to 6 months so I'm trying to learn as much as I can before I settle down.

Many listing agents will not respond to inquiries from someone if they are not an agent....and sometimes they wont even respond to us agents lol.

I have the funds in my bank account to bring my cc balance back down to 25 - 30% credit usage.

Tucson is a heavy travel destination in the winter time (although we're getting our butts kicked by El Nino) and I, as it happened, recently had my parents visit for the first time so I'm (relatively) flush with clean towels, bed linens and a new grill. 

Combine that with the fact that younger consumers are spending less on retail purchases and more on things like travel, and eating out.The vacancy, home owner rates, tell me it is a good time to be a real estate investor.The DOW plunging tells me maybe I should consider buying the dip....and I am in fact adding energy stocks and mlp's.

I want more time and freedom to travel, buy a bigger house,  and possibly expand my family. 

For instance, would you be willing to travel to find a multifamily and stick with your current strategy or stay local and change your approach?
