Yeah.....not gonna happen.This wouldn't phase me one bit....not any more than renting to a pharmacist....or a guy that works at a liquor store......drives a beer delivery truck...or is a drug rep for the company that makes Oxycotin.If he works in the medical Marijuana business, there is ZERO motivation for him to grow anything at home.....and ZERO profit in doing so.

It looks like you can store multiple keys from what I can tell.

I was thinking of either just using my personal home address or even getting mail box rental with UPS store they give you an actual business address and not a PO Box address for $28 month.Thoughts?

Now I don't have a proper space to store these things.

Besides some deferred maintenance: 1) The massive basement unit was home to the person who maintains the grounds, and he was stealing electricity from the common areas and storing junk on the grounds. 2) Water expenses are double what we'd expect for a building that size.

No different that Walmart or any mom and pop store that has to RAISE their prices due to "shrinkage" i.e.
