Yeah.....not gonna happen.This wouldn't phase me one bit....not any more than renting to a pharmacist....or a guy that works at a liquor store......drives a beer delivery truck...or is a drug rep for the company that makes Oxycotin.If he works in the medical Marijuana business, there is ZERO motivation for him to grow anything at home.....and ZERO profit in doing so.

Besides some deferred maintenance: 1) The massive basement unit was home to the person who maintains the grounds, and he was stealing electricity from the common areas and storing junk on the grounds. 2) Water expenses are double what we'd expect for a building that size.
