It is entirely possible that your sellers will read your blog and determine that they are leaving money on the table, so to speak.That said, I would recommend setting up one (main) domain that is the public face of your business (www.example.com), and has the appeals and contact forms for your sellers.

You can't just say "House For Sale, call me".You can say the house is for sale with an assignment of interest of something short and similar, the general public won't really know what that is nor do they care, but others involved in RE may.
