So in the bigger pockets lease it talks about not disturbing the neighbors or being able to hear the noise TV radio after I think it's 8:00 p.m.. could that be interpreted in a way that gives me grounds to get rid of them.

Now if a tenant said "yup, hot off the press, I just printed all this in my basement, don't tell anyone, it should go through just fine" and you, with that knowledge, go to the bank and try to pass it THEN your an accomplice to a crime.

Quite a few 'experts' (mostly press but here in BP Nation too) thought the pandemic induced moratorium would create a backlog of defaults, and that once lifted, the wave of foreclosures would hit and result in a crippling blow to the real estate market (Google search.)

Personally, I create a lease that includes utilities, TV, internet, landscaping, and whatever else, making it easy for the company to swap employees in and out without having to worry about anything.
