How to structure lease when working with a company instead of individual tenants

I have been doing a mid-term rental for almost two years to primarily medical staff. It is a single family home and I use Furnished Finder and Airbnb. For the last two months, the person that has rented the property (we'll call her Becky) has been an employee of a steel mill. Her job is to provide housing for steel mill employees. I talked with Becky on the phone and she was interested in booking the house for longer periods of time so that multiple steel mill employees (typically managers) can stay at the house without Becky having to constantly re-book. She would just know that the house is available for her employees.

I'm trying to figure out if it is reasonable to work out a contract with her. Do I just have her sign a lease with the company's name then the company takes responsibility for it's employees if there is damage? Do I just have her continue to book through Airbnb and she can re-book as often as she likes?

I went through the house after the first month and everything was well taken care of, but it feels a little weird to not have control about who would be staying in the house.

Anyone with experience in a similar situation have thoughts?
