His office was south of 8 mile and parking lot razor wire.. 

The property has an office that is currently attached to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that can easily be "walled off" so I plan to separate it (drywall) as a stand alone office.  

However in Texas you can do a partial title search yourself at the county clerks office or on their web portal.

I'm gunshy when it comes to office buildings and retail.

Go directly to the building/zoning/permit office and ask for them to answer that question.

In this case where @Juan Contreras only makes $25000 W-2 he might be under the radar unless he's writing off $100000 luxury trips, $100000 of office supplies, and $100000 of advertising or continuing education.
