Again commercial is totally different than house hunting you have investors that are sellers.. not home owners.. huge difference.in Most markets there will usually be an agent or 10 that , there business is specializing in small multi.. seek those out.. that's who you want to work with .. they will know the inventory they will already know market rents and will know what a deal is and what one is not.  If

As I said in previous responses, to me, the purpose of mail is to receive a bill, an invitation, a check, a notification of some sort or advertisement mail (which people have labeled it as 'junk mail').
