@Kristen Neuwirth do I understand correctly: you will pay for the house, all materials and labor, insurance, taxes, purchase, selling expenses and realtor fees.... the contractor’s only role is to hire the subs (but you pay labor and materials for the work), manage the projects and and engage an agent to list it.
