This question is the reason why many brokers do not wish to engage in wholesaling, because most wholesalers don't want anyone to know how much they are making on the deal and if you are a real estate agent you are expected to be a fiduciary.

@Kristen Neuwirth do I understand correctly: you will pay for the house, all materials and labor, insurance, taxes, purchase, selling expenses and realtor fees.... the contractor’s only role is to hire the subs (but you pay labor and materials for the work), manage the projects and and engage an agent to list it.
