I've heard you can designate a family member as an employee and avoid taxes if you keep their income under a certain limit.

Some investors do not feel comfortable to not have control and want to own directly so DST's not a good fit.

It always feels to me like an apartment view when you start with interiors, just my opinion. your house is awesome though and looks like you take great care of it and the guests

I feel that this is much more tangible in a smaller community.

I feel like those that can't afford won't stay and those that can might be able to handle a lease. 

We feel good about this as it almost sold awhile ago for this exact amount and has been appraised around this as well.I'm in the unusual position of being able get financing from a private lender.
