Hey All,Anyone know a good handyman or relatively-cheap drywall/sheetrock contractor that can close this hole for us.

Since, I'm getting it so cheap, I would like to put that money to use or rather leverage it to my benefit. 

It looks seemless, modern, and beautiful for cheap.

@Drew Rehman Is your project in Santa Clara - unfortunately, if it is, you're going to have a very hard time finding someone who can delivery something at that price.

It isn't cheap and we don't want cheap renters. 

I'm thinking we can sacrifice some space, to own a home in ridgway, and my initial thought was...well since the home is cheap, I can take out an extra 20k-30k and add onto this home so it's a 4bed with some more space for my family. 

Good service is not cheap.

I'm going to assume that when you say cheap it means less than $100K or even less than $50K.  

I'd want to extend my runway as long as possible with "cheap money".
