LOL, well, if my brain would engage at the same rate my fingers flew and spell check were working, I wouldn't need to edit, but just have to appear to the whole world that my spelling and grammatical errors are ignored.....

It will only reflect an eviction record if it appears on the credit report but there is not a nationwide eviction database search included in the report.

But the part about them getting spooked definitely makes sense.Michael Siekerka Perhaps the part about 20 people was a little dumb, but I'm more concerned about electrical, plumbing, or other issues that could be temporarily patched up so as to appear fine during the inspection and rear it's head down the road when I am the owner.

Okay, they are handy, provide some protection if well run and maintained, provide benefits for taxes, allowing more expenses to be related to a business, they do give a better marketing platform and appear more business like thus, those who may want to fight with mom and pop landlords may give up facing a big bad company.
