Credit card debt is usually highest interest rate, so unless you can convince that credit card company to forgive/discount your loan, it will be the one you should consider paying off first.Increase income.

If I needed to give the agent an incentive, I would offer something like 2% discount(or flat rate) on an acquisition and a 1% bonus on the exit.
