*new to BP; first post” 1st year Wholesaler & I’m in talking with a seller who does not want to sign an agreement until I have located an end-buyer.Is this option possible (should I proceed), considering I have no protection on the deal other than verbal agreement?

I was just wondering what are some methods other investors use when talking to a seller. 

Would love to meet any wholesalers or investors in my area!!

The best way you could benefit them would be referring your leads that don't go the wholesale route to them, but to make this effective you may want to partner with a newer agent.

I found it interesting that when they are giving examples of flips and wholesales that the numbers they show on the screen do not always directly relate to what they are saying.Do not take anyone with you that is swayed by pressure sales. 

I am just starting my real estate career with a wholesale broker!
