Those seem to pick up at a rapid rate.

The last few years Boise became an appreciation play because COVID accelerated the number of people moving here; the market had such low inventory already pre-pandemic that basic supply and demand of too little supply and rapidly increasing demand drove the prices up.  

Be prepared to pay property taxes. ya I was just thinking this rapid appreciation in a state that updates tax's every year could really be weird.. on one hand you have this nice run up but on the other your cash flow the next year will go down while your tax's go up . unless of course you raise rents every year ??
