Code Violations
I've been driving for dollars for a few weeks now and have only came across one decent property which by chance happened to be the first one I looked at. I was debating on switching up my strategy a little bit and looking up the code violation properties and driving by them to check out the neighborhood. I've never looked up code violations and therefore don't know where to start. Does anyone know where I need to go to look up these properties? I live in Michigan and am focusing on the Kent County area.
Thanks!

This will vary upon the community. For Grand Rapids, you can search by property here: https://inspections.grcity.us/citizenaccess/ Click on the Enforcement tab and then select case type from the drop down menu--voila! You may have to visit the other locations and speak with someone in the building inspection department. Good luck!
