I have talked to my bank about financing and they are on board with me but I'm just not sure where to look to find multi family homes I follow some real estate pages on fb, but they seem to be off market properties and some seem to good to be true and not sure if they are a good deal or a scam.

Would it also be useful to have the investor be able to select (or type in) the MLS# from a dropdown list and the service will provide a full report (about 4 pages or so) on how these values were calculated?
