When you sign up tell the gym its for advertising your business on their web or flyers :)We actually rent office space at a private health club with all the membership advantages & its deductible!!!!

A lot of states have a property tax assessors web sites where you can put in the address and it will give you the tax information.

But they're not always published on their web site and there are sometimes delays in them getting the data out.

For a while, we tried to sell it on our own by listing on CL and on some local Facebook garage sale sites - we got a little traffic that way, but nothing that went anywhere.  

One of my friends swears by rent.com but it costs and I've had poor quality applicants from it.If it's near Fitzsimmons then there is a web site for student housing you can list on from CU.
