@Joseph Gomez the real estate exam is a pretty straightforward memorization and multiple choice answer test, so I’d just recommend studying and taking practice tests.The usual advice applies - if the practice tests show that you’re weak in some areas, then spend extra time studying those areas until you’re not as weak there any more.On your last question, you’ll want to check out multiple potential brokerage’s and ask what kind of training or support they have for new agents.Sometimes they’ll be able to connect you with an agent in their office and you can help that agent out and learn at the same time, such as by doing showings for them.You could also volunteer for “desk duty”, which is literally sitting at a desk in case any customers come in.

Come get em they won’t do, they want you to comply and volunteer and be ran over but law is not on their side only fear is!

@Connor Mather you are correct in assuming a PMC business will take time away from your investing.It will also expose you to other opportunities to buy though.To succeed, you will need to be very organized and create systems that you can then hire, train and delegate.

The CDC, of all organizations, knows that.People are getting evicted because the CDC told them to stop going to work.

We will probably open a new bank account to the new LLC just to keep things clean and organized. 

In addition to knowing good marketing techniques you'll also need a technology team to assist with setting things up properly, a legal team to help organize your securities offering, and it really helps to have a RIA help with investor relations after you initially use your sponsor exemption to sell your securities.

I came to New Hampshire to do City Year which is a nonprofit organization.

If you do a good job you can probably organize meetings with a lot of their former students to get good, first-hand experience.
