Get past the voices, investing in my first duplex my sophmore year at OSU in Columbus-Parents "That seems very reisky" -Realtor "its not a homerun but its a start"-Friends "I invest in the stock market and it doesnt require that much work"3 years later my duplex appraised for $300k more then what I bought it for and cash flows $1,800/month!
