@Earl MorrisJust curious was all on the forums you will continually notice the intricate webs that newer investors are creating that simply do not add value for most.  

As an investor and real estate broker, I have a great deal of experience that I can leverage to add value to your deals.  

From my experience, here are the top five areas in Oregon I would focus on for high value, high potential with upside for multi family investment in Oregon:- Eugene/Springfield/Junction City - In my opinion the heart of the State (at least for MFR RE growth and development) Anchored by the University, lifestyle and affordability, in some places it reminds me of Boulder 15 years ago.

How did you add value to the deal?

I dont know much about property management im not holding anything yet again there are some really good companies here. i hope I haven't said to much and have provided value. 

A good real estate attorney can take care of the paperwork, that's maybe 10% of the value you get from a good agent (it could be 50% from a bad agent, the other 50% is opening the door lol).The value a good agent brings comes from experience.

If you're coming to the table without a background or history in real estate and short-term rentals, make sure you're confident in why you bring value to the table that others in the business wouldn't.
