Also, a huge tip that I have recently discovered is to do open houses in either the median price range of the market or a very unique property.

Unique focal point in the house?

I am no longer local to the north texas region, but I have excellent connections in the area, and know the market quite well based on previous experience living there.

Each CU has a different focus for lending, ie some others only lend to people who live and work in their region, some lend only on Single Family, others only for investment purposes but 20/25 amort.

MLSes are local/regional and some others may do differently.

Fire, internal explosion, wind and hail storm are the most common but there are other hazards regional and neighborhood specific.
