Generally speaking the process isn't rocket science, however there are a million twists and turns depending on each unique situation.

We have a unique spot close to a major international airport (SeaTac).

That way, you don't have to deal with issues like redundancy, and yet you are still getting the benefit of someone who can understand the details of your unique situation.Thanks for sharing your experience,Michael

Newly licensed in GA and looking for different or unique ways to generate new leads.  

I would consider paying a higher fee if I needed a tenant for a more unique space like an industrial space, a large space, or a retail space. 

The units are unique, as is the situation of having three separate buildings on a single property, which is why I believe it sat on the market as long as it did despite the attractive rent roll.

MLS - Several deals fell through because due to uniqueness of the property appraisers couldn't comp it for conventional residential financing.
