Check out socketsite.comLuxury condos aren't doing hot in SF and there's some examples on that site that are interesting.I think the key here is that it's specific condos some of which were likely overpaid and now we're seeing true value but it's more of unique situation then city wide trend. 

If it helps you get your next deal, I don't think looking and considering it necessarily hurts you.I have a couple great lenders that I work with both personally and professionally who specialize in working with lenders. 

I carry myself as a professional and just need the first meet after the phone call so that can be readily apparent to my potential investor.
