Kelley Clarke is an expert on that if you decide to go that route.You don't necessarily have to "buy out" all the investors who think they want a 1031, but rather find a solution to the problem they are trying to solve -- How to pay less tax.At BAM, we have been getting a "1031 Effect" through cost segregation which will offset other income in the "passive" bucket.

My proposed solution is to remove the cut of portions and replace them with the following configuration:Tee_fitting_end_B | narrow_nipple | narrow_to_wide_reducer | wide_nipple | wide_union | wide_nipple | elbow_A_endWill this work?

Education and help from a mentor can go a long to help you be successful but it wont be a magic solution that will give you 6-8 great deals in a year.

This has always worked as a solution instead of an eviction.

This might be an OK solution for you and your contractors while you're doing work, or in an emergency, but as the main source of heat for a rental unit?  

I would give no longer than that before shaking some trees.
