You want to find a great contractor then treat and pay them accordingly otherwise you could be left at the bottom of their to do list.  

Treat your business like a business, leave the emotions at home.

Treating these major syndication sites as gospel truth may not pan out the way you would like it to in the end.

At a minimum, this mean no co-mingling of funds and not treating it as your alter-ego.

Picks us up from our Airbnb at 9:15am, treats us to an amazing breakfast in downtown OKC, spends 4-5 "Sunday" hours to show us all the different neighborhoods that fit our investment criteria.

You're welcome to treat your guests as you want, but I still think it's tacky to talk trash about your competition when your customer has already paid for your home.

I want to keep my family and personal stuff separate and treat the investment as a business.
