Is house hacking a single family unit generally ill-advised?

I may be young but I hustle and if the deal is doable ill make it happen.I really want to build a network of investors, brokers and contractors of the sort and do whatever I can do to help them also.

Seems morbid to just wait out someone's illness like that, but don't know of another option short of a risky QCD.

How does one make the leap automatically from a tenant being ill and it being caused by mold?

Even if you had chosen to manage that property yourself, you would still be ill-advised to repair that faucet yourself.
