Does it generate traffic to my website?

Until the new policies are laid out Im very concerned as an owner because again the inquiry traffic, control over bookings and collecting of payments is being further high jacked leaving the owner with less organic control over the business. 

I'm currently 15 minutes from work but the property I'm closing on is outside of Bridgewater, which is about 45 minutes without factoring in traffic.

Kalea I won't disagree with most on the fact that Tampa is a great investment, but if you're going to live there, plan on dealing with traffic.

Some people might be hesitant to rent it because of the noise generated by vehicular traffic at the busy intersection all hours of the day or night, if that's the case.On the other hand it might be a good location to attract renters easily without much advertising.

Study employment, income, traffic count in the area, revitalization of the area, how many people are moving in vs out.

I also tend to visit for short periods - arrive early on a Thursday and leave Saturday morning to avoid the crowds.I was also born and raised in Miami (Hialeah) - moved to Naples about 20 years ago as I couldn't take the traffic...

If you want to drive even more traffic, consider a "flat fee" mls listing.

The bundled crap...Typically that is delivered Thursday because advertisers want weekend traffic..Good Luck
