Town : Connecticut

I'm looking for high end architects and contracts for a town home project in the Washington DC area.

I really have no clue on how to pull comps for this because it’s in a small town about 40 mins away from a city and there have only been 3-4 homes that have sold in the last 2 years and they are not comps for this house. 

My home town, North Richland Hills, which is the 3rd largest after Fort Worth and Arlington in Tarrant Co. has added thousands (my guestimate) of apartment units as 3 and 4 story buildings. 

Joshua Tree, CA falls under San Bernardino County jurisdiction and SB County permitting process is slower than if you purchased land that falls under the town of Yucca Valley or the town of Twentynine Palm's jurisdiction.

I looked at a multi family in Asheville, a fixer upper in a place 2 towns away, you name it.Now, as in 30 minutes ago, I think what I'm going to be doing is the fast "test" quick math using the 1-2% test. 

Where in town is your duplex?  

It's a small town so networking is crucial and everyone is just 2 degrees of separation away!.    

People moved out, and decided to move back in when they got bored out of town.

Think about it this way: all the houses in town I DON'T have a contract on?
