Likewise, many investors won't touch them b/c the damages and inability to collect for them push them into other sectors.  

Also, adding arches and other nice touches costs $$ and doesn't get much $$ bad.Things that are pretty cheap that make a difference:Oversize baseboards and crown molding don't cost much if you have a decent remodeler, and they add a lot to the appeal of a house.

They do all the finishing touches like hanging doors, trimming the home, and little things like door stoppers, knobs, toilet paper and towel holders ect.

The city of Brampton made it mandatory to take the trim down as the wood should not be touching the ceilings as it can spread fire to second floor in case there is ever one.I am more of buy and hold but I am  also looking to do flips, I would love to pop by to have it look if it's ok with you.Good Luck Paul Gill
