Create contact in Google account when new lead is added to Podio

I need to know the lead name when CallRail rings my cell phone.  If it is the first call from a lead, I let it go to voicemail.  If it is a lead that I have been trying to get in touch with, I need their name to display on the phone so I know to answer.  If I can get the lead name and numbers in my google contacts, I can see the name of the caller on my phone if they are an existing lead.

I am wanting to send my lead name and phone number(s) to my Google contacts and keep them synced if there is a change to the contact made in Podio.  The link below is close to what I am trying to do, but the names and numbers are actually an item in Podio, not a contact.

Has anyone ever done this before?

I guess I could use Globiflow to create a Podio contact every time a new lead is created in Podio, then sync my google and podio contacts as the article describes.  I would also need any changes to the name or phone number in the Podio item to automatically sync to the Google and Podio contact.

Maybe there is an easier way?
