If they say it's worth 100k fixed up and they want 95k for it then unless you adjust your strategy and work other options a cash purchase probably isn't viableIF you are shy on the phone or nervous the above will at least let you pull comps and get back in touch with the person after you have collected your thoughts.

It's about $40 for almost a gallon and it goes a very long way.Some of the neighbors came over when we had it all finished and they had to get down and touch it to see if it was tile or vinyl.

These companies tend to be very strong and the lease guarantee whether they make a profit or not insales keeps them paying the lease.The only way I would touch an apartment building again is if it was 100 units or more and a quality tenant and area.So again I would hop on the phone and talk to various people so you can get a clearer direction of how you might want to proceed.
