@Nicholas White - I'm looking for a Single Family and to be on top of all the processes of the deal; learning everything hands-on until I feel more comfortable and move to multi family rentals.And about Atlanta, definitely very attractive market.

Account Closed It depends on your comfort level.

IE Belmont, Cramerton, McAdenville, etc..If they are comfortable with wholesalers, even better.

I live in Minneapolis MN, but while we like living here so far, the prices in the metro area are pretty far outside of our comfort for what we would get. 

Just don’t settle and try and skew the numbers, stay firm and be ready to walk.

Take all of the "stay away" recommendations with a grain of salt.  

I know of Sell & Stay-but they don’t do business in Ohio.

My advice was to someone comfortable in their life path wanting to take advantage of current success to ensure future success while minimizing risk of loss.I wish I was able to take 3% money and turn it into 10-15% ROIs with complete confidence and 100% success.
