I have been to a few big conferences, book launches, and numerous local meetups, but nothing can even come close to BPCON 2023 in Orlando last week.

We have shaken the trees as much as possible but from the Board of Commissioners, Director of Public Works, Manager of Building Dept to the assigned plan examiner, they have closed ranks on us and given us the boilerplate response of "you're in line, wait your turn."

We served a 30-day notice of termination.If they reported it, paid for damaged, and promised to keep the weapons empty on the property or stored somewhere else, then I may consider letting them stay.

Trying to stay focused on flipping while learning the ropes.

I wanted somewhere close to Nor Cal but much more friendly tenant/landlord laws, 4th lowest property taxes in the Nation, rent growth, job growth, population growth, strong appreciation, limited land, close to Lake Tahoe, etc. 

@Sharon WhitworthI believe They have closed down their older funds and probably whatever left they will let go to tax sale.

My potential partner and I have agreed to split everything 50/50 and I was thinking of holding all holding/cash to close funds in escrow and run it through my LLC, but would be interested to hear how any of you structured it in a way that protected yourself in the event that one partner turns out to be problematic. 

It really helped me make informed decisions and stay within budget.
