Besides this BP site, I spend some of my time on YouTube and study those worth listening to guys like Grant Cardone,bTai Lopez, and Pactrick BET David who has a successful insurance business and speaks about entrepreneurship.  

I really want to make the right choice but I think with the feedback everyone has given me the BRRRR strategy is my best bet. 

I bet most Americans can't even tell you how much cash flow they have every month after expenses, as most Americans live paycheck to paycheck.

I bet the tenants love it.

I bet you can do it.

If the seller is wearing a shirt for a sports team, you can talk about how much you like that team too.

@Shahriar Kiamanesh As @Hadi Komeyl mentioned, the LLC is a U.S.A. entity which lays partway between the Canadian Sole Proprietor and Private Corporation ... and sports many of the benefits of each.

That tells you these policies are bad bets.

Right now you are betting on appreciation, which I hope happens for you.

I bet this tenant lists their birthday on their Facebook.I would absolutely require a credit report, rental history check, employment check, verified copies of ID, court record search, background search, etc. if someone wanting to rent from me wouldn't even provide their birthday.
