There are areas in South Florida that you should avoid and they're obvious (you get what you pay for) Lauderhill would be one of those "Avoid this Town.

There's folks here from condo developers on the North Side to fix 'n flippers in the roughest parts of the South Side - so someone is bound to pop up who is doing what you are interested in.
