I currently have two cash flowing properties in Charlotte and I am currently looking for a third property.Like many of you my goal is financial freedom but it has been a slow process since I still work full time.I am looking to do a refi on one property so that I can purchase the third property.

Perhaps your market is really slow.

Just follow the law and be responsive.

I did not get a response, so I called him and the number is no longer in service.

After a few strike outs, I've finally found a realtor who is young, but already working with other investors, really responsive, and actually has a passion for real estate.

Anybody noticing a slow market change these last few months?

Population growth has also slowed although its been helped by the influx of Puerto Ricans.
