Hi Rob,I actually did further research back then and called on the phone and asked many questions.There is a student program that you buy in for that is not cheap and if you do that they give support.

I very rarely get in my car after a lease up - I make phone calls and every person I use for repairs gives me a progress report.If you already have property management experience, why buy the franchise?

Ive been trying to get into some homes Im interested in, but am having a tough time getting a Realtor to answer the phone, call back in a timely manner, or be willing to drive across town to show me their listing.

Or off of my phone.. that is the challenge for this old dog...

do you only look for ads that say "FSBO" or anything with a personal looking phone/email?

Thank you for the speedy responses @Jennifer Ryan and @Jay C. .I'm talking to the Listing Agent at 2:30 this afternoon and will hopefully get some more info.I have not see the inside of this place (aside from the listing photos), would you suggest that I make my backup offer over the phone contingent on passing inspection or should I ask to see it before I make an offer?
