A lot of these type events will have other professionals at the events that will help you build your team.There are two that I suggest currently on the Dallas side:http://dfwinvestors.com/http://www.meetup.com/DFW-Real-Estate-Investor-Net...They seem to have more real people doing deals than presenters selling programs for thousands of $$.Another meet up that is probably closer to you is:https://www.dallasreig.com/I think they meet every Saturday in Arlington.

We had bought a couple of thousand feet during one of their Black Friday sales a couple of years ago and have been using this up in our rental properties.This house is probably in a C area but the tenants (especially the wife) commented on how she loves the bathroom.Gail

If you're ready to begin investing and you believe Mobile / Modular homes are a focus you want to stick with, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the program for a couple reasons.1) Cost - I did Rich Dad BEFORE this and that was thousands of dollars.2) Content - The educational aspect is quite extensive.

I made a loan on a park a few years back and it got condemned and need hundreds of thousands ot get it back up and running in the mean time all the homes had to be moved or vacated.. nightmare on elm st.If it has city utls at the street I would factor in converting it into the buy price. just because you have explosive growth does not mean a park will fill takes the right kind of folks that want to live in a park in the first place.Of ocurse if you make it a A to B park it is easier.. pictures I saw had some single wides at least that's what I thought I saw when I glanced at it.good luck

His equity was such that he might make a couple thousand dollars on the house after making the effort to fix it up and clean it, and paying real estate agents and other fees, so I could sort of see why he just wanted out.At first, I was planning to wholesale or bird-dog the house, just as a way to get a gentle introduction into real estate investing.After getting some advice on BP, though, I realized that if his only option to get out of the house with no work was selling sub2, there was no reason on earth for me to not purchase it myself!
